As far as football boots royalty goes, it doesn’t get much bigger than the Umbro Speciali. So, we’re giving the latest cleats to come out of Cheadle the respect they deserve with a hands-on video review of the Umbro Speciali III.

Whilst the Umbro Speciali III‘s main selling points are certainly attractive ones, a lot of loyal Umbro wearers are concerned that this incarnation of the Speciali has been ‘dumbed-down’.

Removing the vintage Speciali tongue and replacing the staple K-Leather with Kanga-Touch and a synthetic microfibre might well have reduced the weight of the newest entry into the Speciali lineage – and the concern from many seems to be that it’s essentially not as gooder football boot as we’ve come to expect from Umbro’s most-respected range.

So, how does it stack up? Watch the video as we give you a good look at all the big changes Umbro have made on theĀ Umbro Speciali III and we’ll give you our first impressions!
