Following on from their Spring release, Under Armour have readied the first colourway update for their impressive new Hydrastrike football boots – a menacing Black/Ivory!
Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory
After starting their life with a two-tone White/Black/Toxic, Under Armour have given their new classically-focused football boots an appropriately classic all-black colourway with the Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory.
Looking similar to the launch colourway of it’s predecessor – the Dominate Pro – the Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory‘s leather forefoot looks fantastic in all-black, and doesn’t look quite as hastily put together with a matching black synthetic midfoot and heel.
The sole doesn’t compromise on this abyssal lack of colour, with the black plastic on the FG model only making way to some subtle grey diagonal stripes along the centre of the chassis.
Under Armour have resisted the temptation to have their signature branding an audacious colour on these football boots, instead using a classy off-white Ivory for all of their logos on the clears, giving the Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory a monochrome look that we think is pretty killer.
We’re very interested to see how popular the Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory is with professionals come the new season, as the Hydrastrike will be at the forefront of Under Armour’s range of football boots, incorporating signature technologies, such as; an ArmourGuide chassis, H20i-treated leather and a Formulate footbed.
The Under Armour Hydrastrike Pro – Black/Ivory is available on pre-order now and will be hitting retail mid-July.
Nice classic look on this one. Under Armour has been making some nice looking boots, but i think if they really want to be succesfull they have to sign some big names though
I don’t understand all the hate on this one (as reflected by the poor user ratings). I think it does quite a nice job of looking classy while remaining modern.
Is that Kangaroo leather?
Is that Kangaroo leather?
Yes, in the forefoot/toe.
great looks.
Waaaaay better than the earlier colorway, the one that looked like a penguin.
Why are all boots going the same colour
