Two first half braces from Cristiano Ronaldo and Argentine striker Gonzalo Higuain helped Real Madrid to a 4-2 derby win over Getafe, pushing them back to the top of Primera Liga.

The Portuguese’s trademark free-kick opened the scoring on the night, followed 7 minutes later by Higuain’s first. Higuain has been training in blacked out adiZero football boots, but returned to the F50i for competitive play.
Three minutes later and the Argentine put Madrid 3-0 up. Ronaldo put the game to bed with his second on 37, although Getafe saved face by getting on the score-sheet twice themselves.
The result was Real’s 10th consecutive Primera Liga victory and puts them top of the league, ahead of Barca on goal difference.
