Clyde and Co is acting on behalf of Which? the Consumer Association that campaign to get a fairer deal for consumers.
An advert was placed in football magazine When Saturday Comes, requesting fans to sign up with Clyde and Co on a “No Win, No Fee” basis. Whether anything will come of the campaign is undecided, as the suit is being based on a new law, under the Enterprise Act.
