Topping the Football Money League early last week must have put Real Madrid in a table-topping sort of mood.

After the Christmas period, it was starting to look like reigning champions Barcelona were well on track to becoming the runaway leaders of the Primera Division, but a 7 game winning-streak has turned the title race on it’s head as Real have taken the top spot on goal difference.

f50i Wearer Lionel Messi was on hand to rescue a point for Barca

Culminating on Saturday, both of the Spanish giants faced the task of coming from behind to tough opponents; Barcelona fell behind to Almera on two occasions, as well as being reduced to 10 men after the dismissal of Zlatan Ibrahimovic on the hour mark for violent conduct. But it was Lionel Messi, sporting the latest in his signature line of adidas f50i football boots, who was on hand to ensure Barcelona walked away with at least a point from the encounter.

Cristiano Ronaldo fires his team mates up for a comeback against Sevilla

Later in the day, Real Madrid were fully aware of Barca’s slip-up and intended to capitalise, but Champions League hopefuls Sevilla hadn’t read the script and went 2 goals up, scoring either side of half-time. Often criticised for his attitude, Cristiano Ronaldo was almost an unlikely source to inspire a comeback, but inspire he did, as the Mercurial Superfly wearer latched onto a deflected pass to put Real back in the game.

Goals from Sergio Ramos wearing the Laser III and substitute Rafael Van Der Vaart in the latest White/Silver/Blue CTR360‘s capped the comeback as Real Madrid took the win.

Ronaldo often criticised for his attitude??? I have heard only good things this season from all stakeholders about his mentality. I hate the somewhat generalised perception that he has a negative / bad attitude. His attitude is perfect, just along with his ability!!!
