Puma are looking to bring a little something to look forward to for the more old-school football fans this winter in the form of the new Puma King in Black / White / Blue.
As the cold starts to settle in across the northern hemisphere, we’ve seen pitches lie up by Hi-Vis and Samba colourways – but Puma and their iconic Kings look to have embraced the cold mornings and darker afternoons with this distinctly chilled Black / White / Blue colourway.
But let’s be fair – this colourway would look top-drawer at any time of year! The Puma Kings are never more at home and in black with a classic white formstripe up the flanks; the fluo blue trim only sweetens the deal.
It’ll also look a great match for Yaya Toure’s Manchester City kit, whilst also providing a nice contrast to the red worn by fellow King stars Nemanja Vidic, Michael Carrick and Steven Caulker when they take to the pitch in this fresh new King this weekend.
Technically, you won’t see anything change under the hood of this King, with the same top level of performance as the last few models carrying through to this Q4 update.
high-quality premium calf leather is the material of choice for the King, which is wrapped around the Puma ComfortLast shaping system for a anatomical, supportive fit.
The foot is reenforced with an external heel counter that provides support and protection, whilst the leather heel insert adds to the lock-down fit and improved comfort provided by the central lacing and 3D-perforated tongue.

Puma Maradona 10 anyone?
There is a reason I have been stocking up on Diadora and Puma boots for college. The are both really putting out some great shoes lately. I normally like the more vibrant color ways for boots, but these have that classic old school vibe with a hint of bright color. Hint Hint mom and dad. I think Christmas is near!!!
Perfect for Argentine, Uruguayan and Man City players.
