A special drop form New Balance Football took over social media today, and we couldn’t be more excited!
The new pack features two special football boots, the new Tekela and Furon 4.0, both boasting stunning looks.. you just wouldn’t want to get these boots dirty! The new pack takes inspiration from the mythical two-headed hellhound, Orthrus. The pack represents attack in dual form, Ferocity and deception. I mean c’mon, what more do you want from your boots?!
The newest addition to the NB line and the main headliner in this pack is the new Tekela boot. This boot is built for the innovators, the players who use speed and manoeuvrability to change the outcome of games. Basically, the opposite of me.
The tech built in these are next level, with the full foot micro fibre upper showcasing dynamic kinetic stitch embroidered bands, giving the players exceptional stability, feel and touch. The outsole has been engineered for agility, with a TPU inlayed nylon chassis and conical studs providing 360 rotational traction throughout your game. The cherry on top comes in the form of an stunning Electro chrome plated outsole in flame, possibly the best colour combination to pair with the pure white finish. The N logo and new balance printed in the same colour on either side.
Its partner, the new Furon 4.0, is designed for speed, acceleration and accuracy, found in the attackers who finish without mercy. Built using FantomFit technology and Hidraskin touch membrane, the Furon 4.0 offers a clean, precise strike in front of goal. The outsole has been engineered for acceleration, featuring a TPU with inlayed nylon chassis for that increased stiffness. It also holds a directional toe off texture and is again finished by that insane Electro chrome plated outsole in flame.
These boots are set to take centre stage at this summers World Cup, with all New Balance pro-players preparing for the lethal attack that these boots have to offer.
