As a rival to official FIFA World Cup sponsor Coca-Cola, it’s always interesting to see how Pepsi will approach getting themselves involved in the biggest event on the football calendar. And after a star-studded safari in 2010, Pepsi have gone even bigger for 2014!
Announcing a superstar lineup including Messi, van Persie, Wilshere, David Luiz, AgÄ‚Ä˝ero, Ramos, Kompany,' Gomez, Dempsey and many more Pepsi will be encouraging footy fans to ‘Live for Now’ in 2014.

Earlier today the Pepsi players took to social media to unveil the entire roster in an exciting digital relay' that reached fans across the globe.
David Luiz, Premier League player for Chelsea and vice-captain for Brazil’s national team, comments:
“I’m excited to be teaming up with Pepsi and proud to be part of such a great team. For me, playing' football is about making the most of every second on the pitch and showing your love and character for' the game ” and for the fans. I can’t wait to join fans from across the world and celebrate a big year for' football.”
There’s no doubt that Pepsi have assembled a pretty spectacular team for their World Cup, and given that the roster comes from a total of 19 countries, it’s fair to say this is a truly global announcement!
The players themselves have been tweeting up a storm about it, and we can’t wait to see what else will come from having such a superstar line-up!
