Arsenal have been dealt an end of season blow after influential midfielder Mathieu Flamini signed a 4 year deal with AC Milan.
The French International, who flew to Milan after the Gunners home win over Everton at the weekend, completed a medical today before putting pen to paper.
He had been offered a new contract by Arsenal as manager Arsene Wenger was keen to keep him.
Flamini started 39 games for the London club this season and scored three times.
Flamini could face his former colleagues in Europe next season as Milan have assured themselves of a Champions League spot after beating City rivals Inter at the weekend.
