In the same vein as similar videos with Chelsea stars like Ashley Cole and Jon Obi Mikel, Nike have let another top star into their Nike iD studio to see what their dream soccer cleats would look like!

In this case, Spanish superstar Fernando Torres is in the hot-seat, checking out the Nike iD options for the new Nike T90 Laser IV‘s.

Surprisingly, the focus here isn’t on the huge array of colours or nifty personalisations – a lot of the attention is given to the variety of soleplates on offer; FG, SG, AG and the FG/SG Hybrid.

We can only imagine that with winter well and truly on it’s way, Nike are keen to show off the options available for serious players who demand top traction from their soccer cleats.

As for ‘Nando’s design; no surprise – they’re white! But the World Cup winner also opts for some Chelsea blue and red (or maybe even Atletico Madrid blue and red!) on his Nike T90 Laser IV‘s, with a hybrid plate.

Surprisingly, the new Nike T90 Laser IV‘s aren’t on Nike iD yet, but with a sweet viral video out now, it can’t be too long before we see Nike’s latest soccer cleats on their bespoke customisation service!

I think he ought to spend less time on this silliness as a boot is only as good as the wearer and focus on banging goals in; he’s paid millions to do that and frankly Sunday league players could probably do a better job (myself included)
