There are still six Fourth Round ties yet to be decided by replays next week, so this draw has only four of the eight ties finalised.
Three of the four confirmed ties are between Premier League and Championship opposition as Sheffield United entertain Hull City, Watford welcome Chelsea and Swansea City, who knocked out holders Portsmouth on Saturday, face Fulham. There are now no clubs from outside the top two divisions remaining in the competition.
One all-Premier League encounter is certain at Upton Park as West Ham United take on Middlesbrough.
Manchester United could be heading back to Pride Park where they played in the last round of the League Cup against Derby. However, Derby and new boss Nigel Clough still have to get past Nottingham Forest in a replay next week.
