Despite the Nike Elastico Superfly taking all the headlines over the last couple of weeks, the ‘second tier’ Nike FC247 release – the Nike Elastico Finale – is certainly a pretty inviting package.
Taking on the role of the ‘Vapor’ to the ‘Superfly, this new look, versatile shoe from Nike Football ditches the indoor-only design of the old Elastico, and creates a shoe that mashes up the best of the Elastico and Bomba shoes of the last generation.
Low-profile, laceless and with a choice of two outsoles, there’s a real aggressive look to the Nike Elastico Finale, and you know with a NikeSkin upper, the touch is going to be magnificent.
Best of all, the Elastico Finale is the only shoe out of the new FC247 collection available on NikeiD.
The NikeiD Elastico Finale offers all of the benefits of the regular model, but for £100 you can completely customise them.
Not only are the upper, Swoosh and laces your choice, you can also choose whether to have a graphic imprint in the sole, front Swoosh and lateral quarter – meaning you can have an eclectic camo-look (like the image at the top), a clean, contemporary finish (like our homage to the Orange Peel Mercurial Vapor IV in the middle, there) or a mix of the two like this snazzy Volt number you see above.
Worth bumping the price to three digits? That’s up to you.
If you only play small-sided games and feel like having a shoe that is going to last (as well as being unique) theNikeiD Elastico Finale certainly scratches that itch.
