We’re always conflicted whenever Diadora release a new colourway for the DD Evoluzione 2 K Pro.
It’s an absolute cracker of a boot, and a bit of a cult favourite with you guys so we always want to feature it – but that having to type out that name whenever there’s a new colour update means that the new colourway better be worth our time and effort.
Thankfully, the Diadora DD Evoluzione 2 K Pro – White / Flash Green is very handsome indeed, so we’ve no qualms about typing out it’s convoluted name a few times to put it in the spotlight.
After an eye-catching blue-and-luminous-yellow launch colourway, this White / Flash Green edition is the absolute perfect balance of a a classic upper with a bold ‘pop’ chassis.
Reminding us a little of the types of colourways Nike have been putting out for the Tiempo Legend IV, the white leather upper is pure white with black branding, whilst the chassis and laces are electrifying in ‘flash’ green. We love it.
Far from being just a pretty face, the Diadora DD Evoluzione 2 K Pro is as tech-packed as they come, mixing the stand-out features of the current generation of Diadora boots with the materials and craftsmanship that have made them a football boots-favourite for decades.
The sumptuous K-Leather upper looks buttery soft in this white colourway, whilst the ‘touch-control’ finish of angular shapes and tacky laminate make for an effective combination.
Inside, the boot boasts a special liner which allows the boot to mould to a player's feet, but won't stretch the leather out of it's intended shape, and a Ergos NP anatomical footbed with DA2 Double Action, supporting the foot throughout a variety of stressful motions.
Probably best of all, though, is that this boot will skim just under the $140 mark in the US €“ which is a pretty wallet-friendly price-point for a feature-packed K-Leather boot.
What do you think to the Diadora DD Evoluzione 2 K Pro – White / Flash Green?
