Beckham scored a sublime free kick in front of Fabio Capello as AC Milan drew 1-1 with Genoa at the San Siro.
Beckham’s success at AC Milan continued, as ‘Golden Balls’ capped a fine performance under the watchful eye of Fabio Capello, with a trademark free kick.
On 32 minutes, Beckham took ownership off a dead ball on the left hand side of the penalty box and fired home into the near side corner.
Diego Milito equalised three minutes from time to deny Beckham the winning goal.
The only downside for Beckham was that he had to be replaced in the 71st minute by former Arsenal midfielder Mathieu Flamini, due to an abductor injury.
