adidas launched two new football boots earlier this year – the X 15 football boot to cause chaos and the ACE 15 to control games. Now they add comfort to these models as adidas reveal Primeknit versions of both boots.
When adidas discontinued their four leading silos and replaced it with just two; the ACE 15 and X 15, they were tight lipped as to their future plans. For the first time, we can now get an insight into how the German brand intends to deliver new versions and technologies in their ACE and X.
In their latest launch, adidas have revealed their new boots will feature one of adidas’ key technologies. The Ace and X boots will now be made with a Primeknit construction, a Lycra yarn which provides an exceptional comfort and fit.
The ACE 15+ Primeknit and X 15+ Primeknit come with a 3D vacuum skin that offers unbelievable grip and protects the upper in all weather conditions, without limiting the comfort and fit of the boot.
The X 15+ Primeknit brings next level comfort and fit to ultimate chaos. The tight knit upper gives the game’s most explosive players a next generation fit by locking the foot down to the X-Claw traction plate.
With the Ace 15+ Primeknit, control has never felt so good. Primeknit has been redeveloped with a 3D control upper for the perfect first touch in all weather conditions. This new construct forms the forefoot, while the Controlfit collar padding and a reinforced heel counter remain.
