Europe’s elite are back battling it out this week for the one of the most prestigious prizes in football, with Adidas marking this with their new Welsh Dragon Pack.
Adidas have transformed the new ACE +17 PureControl, featured in their recent release of the Blue Blast Pack, into a fiery dragon colourway. The blue and red dragon pattern takes inspiration from the Welsh National flag, running across the upper and around the heel.
The strong mix of black, blue and red takes this boot to a whole new level of beauty. Although the spec around the boot has not changed, the fresh design has to make these one of the hottest looking boots on the market.

From scaly patterns to an actual fire breathing dragon! Adidas go all out on the welsh themed pack and take their next design on the new X16+ PureChaos to new extremes. Sticking with the blue, black and red colours, the scale design wraps around the heel with the transparent Adidas logo sitting comfortably on top. The upper is marked with one of the most impressive designs of the Welsh dragon, breathing a fireball across the pure white of the upper.
The soleplate mirrors the top of the boot, with the collar sharing the same blue colour as the back. Adidas have produced yet another stunning colourway pack which will surely breathe fire into UCL this year.
