After a trophy-less season, it’s fair to say Real Madrid will be after a fresh start – and what’s better for a fresh start than by adding a zesty new colour to your kit?
Well, that’s what we presume adidas’ thinking was when they designed the Real Madrid Home Shirt 2013!
For the first time on their home playing jersey, Real Madrid will boast an orange and black trim.
Present on the side panels,' collar and sleeves – making up a unique three colour element to the kit, with the trim made up of' black, orange and grey in addition to the classic Real Madrid white.
Sharp-eyed observers will also note that this is the first time Real Madrid have showcased their new shirt sponsor; Fly Emirates.
The airline became a partner of the Bernabeu club last season, and eplace bettering site BWin as the main shirt sponsor.
Back to the shirt itself, the Real Madrid Home Shirt 2013 features a full compliment of neat details to round out the design.
The nape of the neck has a Real Madrid design under the collar, whilst the torso has a subtle double pinstripe running horizontally for a clean, athletic look.
Elsewhere on the shirt, you can expect the full adidas line of technologies to be present for one of their flagship clubs.
Climacool will help keep players cool and dry on the pitch, Formotion form allows full movement of the body and Techfit enhances the output of muscles in key areas of the body.
Available to order online today, Real Madrid clearly don’t want to waste any time in getting this new shirt into the wild.
But what do you think of the design? Let us know in the comments!
Love the keeper shirt! Love the silver and orange for the home shirt! Can’t wait to see the away and third jersey. This shirt looks classic besides the silver and orange. AMAZING JERSEY!
