adidas Predator Instinct Gets Secondary Solar Blue / Neon Pink Colourway

adidas Predator Instinct - Solar Blue

Making up the fifth version of the eponymous Predator football boots that we’ll see in 2014 as part of the Three Stripes celebrations is the adidas Predator Instinct – Solar Blue / Neon Pink.

Launched as an alternative launch colourway for the latest Predators, the adidas Predator Instinct – Solar Blue / Neon Pink will be a retailer-locked exclusive in pretty much all territories, so you’ll only be able to pick them up from certain stores or online distributors.

Pretty much the polar opposite to the launch colourway, the adidas Predator Instinct – Solar Blue / Neon Pink is atypical Predator fair, with the bright Solar Blue a standout choice alongside the Neon Pink heel studs and branding.

Personally, we’re actually a fan; whilst not particularly as iconic as the Red/Black/White version, there’s a definite modern slickness that we can dig about this colourway, and the tonal blue forefoot stops the Battle Pacl hexagons dominating the visuals as much.

Other than that, you’re getting exactly the same boot, as you might expect; 3D SL rubber elements zig-zag the front of the boot for enhanced contact on the ball when dribbling, striking and crossing.

The instep of the boot plays host to an all-new Gel pass-pad for a uniform surface when making plays, whilst the headline new ControlFrame makes for a striking visual around the edge of the soleplate.

Edin Dzeko, Xavi Hernandez, Andrea Poli & Julien Draxler will all boast the adidas Predator Instinct – Solar Blue / Neon Pink when they return to action for their clubs in the 2014-15 season.

They are very similar to the lz 2 in terms of comfort. Wee bit tighter due to the lethal zones. Used them twice and have been brilliant so far
