With that pesky World Cup hoo-hah out of the way, adidas can kick on with the real footballing event of 2014; the 20th anniversary of the adidas Predator.
Following the Instinct making a subtle mark on the summer’s showpiece tournament in it’s Battle Pack edition, the Three Stripes are ready to go all out (or hashtag-allin?) for their most storied boot of the modern era.
Kicking things off in an appropriately subtle style are the adidas Predator Instinct Eyes Limited Edition.

Let’s get this out of the way up front, the adidas Predator Instinct Eyes football boots will NOT be available to buy.
These are as limited as limited gets; designed to tie the old to the new, the Predator Instinct Eyes revive two classic pieces of Predator branding on a new model of the boot.
The headline being the ‘Eyes’ of the name. Old school boot-nerds will remember the Predator Eyes peering ominously over the tongue of early models, giving the boots a signature branding call-out.
On these limited editions, one eye per boot seek out power, swerve and control from the lateral toe.
Alongside that, the nostalgia-evoking Predator wordmark sits on the opposite heel, again, bringing the branding that had every kid on the playground talking two decades ago to the boots being worn by players today.
