Competition  Terms And Conditions

1.The promoter is TH UK Network Limited.
2.The promotion is a prize draw, which is open to anyone who completes The Football Boots Awards 2008 vote online at www.footy-boots.com/awards

3.No purchase necessary.
4.Entry is only available through the www.footy-boots.com website. No postal or personal entries may be accepted.
5.The 1st prize is 10 pairs of football boots, prizes will be awarded for 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th names drawn.

6.No cash alternative will be offered.
7.The prize draw is only open to people aged 13 or over.
8.Only one entry per person is permitted.
9.The closing date for entries is 18th August 2008. The winners will be the first entry drawn at random and will be notified by email by 30th August 2008.
10.The draw is not open to employees of TH UK Network Ltd, their subsidiaries, families, agents, their affiliates.
11.The prize winner will be expected to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes.

13.The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed or unreadable. No correspondence will be entered into.
14.The name and country of the prize winner will be available by sending a SAE to: Footy-Boots.com, c/o TH UK Dombey Court, Pilgrim Centre, Brickhill Drive, Bedford MK41 7PZ England.
15.TH UK Network Limited reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The prize is subject to availability and change.
18. Entry into the draw will be deemed to constitute acceptance of these terms and conditions.
19.TH UK Network Limited on behalf of Footy-Boots.com will not pass on any email address supplied for the purposes of entering into this prize draw, to any third parties, unless expressly opted in at the time of submission.
