Having already produced two K Leather boots in the v1.08 series, Puma are to bring out a third model, this time in White / Red.

Whilst always a tough market place against the likes of adidas and Nike, Puma have enjoyed a highly successful season with the v1.08. Nicolas Anelka ended up as the leading scorer in the English Premier League while the Black / Team Gold colourway of the boot received excellent exposure when Samuel Eto’o opened the scoring in the Uefa Champions League final for Barcelona.
As with the synthetic version of the boot, the v1.08 K leather version is all about speed and velocity – getting the player to the ball as quickly as possible. And you get K leather quality for just £10 more than the regular model.

Anyone tried a V.108 in K leather? I’ve tried the synthetic in a shop and wasnt keen.

I wear the synthectic.. Its light. Not the most comfortable.The material seems cheap.. never worth 120 quid.. got mine for 50..
I will not buy them again.. I will stick to adidas predators.

yeah ive got the red v3.08 their leather as well, they do the job and fit pretty nicely, quite narrow at the front though!!!

I loved the 1.06 Leathers, I could easily be tempted by these.
The new colourway is more subtle too - instead of the ‘cartoon’ outlines of the original Yellow & Red models.

People…these are not v1.06…I never had the .06 but these v1.08 are my favorite shoe. First, they are lighter than vapor 4s and 5s and have a softer touch (some people like vapors but…ehhh) I wear puma flats and these are the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. (Predators were good but too heavy and my feet shook from lack of support) I am an outside back and the weight is very nice. Cleats have great traction, touch is great, the white part is sticky and gives traction on the ball similar to the preds. Also, the toe cap doesnt effact touch at all. Actually these are the most durable shoes I have had. More than total 90, preds, vapors. I have not one scratch and I have had them for 6 months. Toe cap also help if your poke tackle instead of gimpy leather. To top this all off…No skin of animals were used lol if you liek that.
