Owen Hargreaves was one of the few England successes at the World Cup. He could soon be featuring in the Premiership too.

Owen Hargreaves was born in Canada. At the age of 16 he moved to Munich, Germany. With British parents, Owen Hargreaves was eligible to play International football for any of the Home Nations, Canada and was close to being eligible to play for Germany, had he not selected to play Internationally for England.

Recent speculation surrounding Owen Hargreaves, suggests that the midfielder will be moving to Manchester United shortly. Although a move during the summer didn’t materialise, Owen said…

“It has happened before, where people tend to say anything for a story, but all I am prepared to say is that I think this time it is a bit different because it is kind of concrete.” So it looks like he is Manchester bound.

Hargreaves is currently in Dubai in a mid season training camp, but he is still recovering from a broken leg, which occurred in September. He is likely to resume full training in two weeks.
