Update: We now have official reviews, specifications and imagery for the Predator PowerSwerve, just click here Predator PowerSwerve to go to the latest page.
Footy Boots is only just about getting used to the new David Beckham Adidas Predator Absolute Globe football boots, when we spotted on a German football boot website, www.sp2000.de, the new Predator football boots, the Adidas Predator Power Swerve.
The site claims Power Swerves will be available from November 2007, which is earlier than the expected date of December or even January 2008 which we thought would be the release date. The Power Swerves are featured so far in white and black colourways, and seem to incorporate a hybrid of features from the existing Predators and F50 Tunit ranges of Adidas football boots.
Adidas Predator POWERSWERVE TRX Details
From what we can make from the German website, the new Adidas Predator POWERSWERVE sets new dynamic power with the system the ultimate yardstick in precision, power and firing strength!! To be worn by the likes of Steven Gerrard, Michael Ballack, Raul and others. With K Leather shank, the football boot includes updated power pulse technology and new Predator Smart Foam technology. The lacing system goes asymmetrical for optimal contact with the ball. Price at the moment comes in at 199.95 Euros (approx £135), in UK 6 to 13 sizes, available in lower end Absolion and Absolado as well as Junior sizes.
Verdict: Adidas pulls another great looking design out of the bag to keep interest in its most popular football boot, the Predator, alive, strong and intense!
