MADRID CLAIM KAKA AGREEMENT
According to Spanish newspaper ‘Marca’, Real Madrid have sealed an agreement with AC Milan over the signing of Kaka.
With the transfer window frenzy closing in, speculation is starting to mount regarding several leading players.
Yesterday, the Spanish newspaper ‘Marca’ claimed that Real Madrid’s soon to be president, Florentino Perez, has sealed an agreement with AC Milan to allow Brazilian midfielder Kaka to sign for Real Madrid next season.
It is thought that Perez, met with AC Milan’s vice-president Adriano Galliani on 16th March and sealed the arrangement.
A transfer fee of 60 million Euro’s has been suggested and that the only thing outstanding to tie up the deal, is the players terms.
Adriano Galliani has been quick to respond publicly. Talking to La Gazzetta dello Sport this morning, he said:
Florentino Perez and I have set up the G14 and our rapport goes beyond football. That’s why I don’t want to stir up any controversies and I am very calm. Perez has yet to be re-elected as president at Real and can’t make any commitments.
However, I am sure that if he really wanted to buy Kaka one day, he would come directly to me, without beating around the bush.
Therefore, I am calm: Kaka is not for sale and Florentino will make his peace with it.

I am sick of hearing and reading about real madrid “signing” this player and “agreeing to terms” with that player etc.. Why are they doing this?? madrid and their goons are a disgrace to football.

Louay i agree with what your saying in that Madrid have plenty of homegrown talent and they have plenty of talent coming through the ranks such as Alberto Bueno in the Castilla setup. But Madrid are overdoing it with their constant need to buy the worlds best players. Ever since the buying of Zidane/Beckham/Ronaldo back in 2004, they have felt that they needed to keep up that trend to buy out the best players. However, they do not give their own Castilla players enough of a chance to break into the first team e.g. Bueno has made no more than 3 or 4 appearances this season. So yeah, they do sort of hassle some players, but most come because they want to be a part of the biggest club in the World.
