Fulham 2 - 0 Birmingham City
Fulham climb out of the relegation zone, in the penultimate week of the Premier League season. Birmingham no longer control their destiny in the top flight.

Brian McBride, headed against the crossbar after ten minutes, but his header on 52 minutes did open the scoring for Fulham.
It was Jimmy Bullard’s free kick on the left which Brian McBride got on the end of at the far post, which deservedly put Fulham ahead.
Roy Hodgson’s side didn’t sit back and defend their lead, in fact they went on to cement the victory just 3 minutes before time. Eric Nevland took advantage of a mistake by Frank Queudrue, he powered through and hit a low drive into the bottom corner to seal the crucial win for the Cottagers.
