		<description>I get what you and Blatter are saying, but I think it should be a case of the National Association (English FA) to make the call, after all it is them who will benefit.

Why should the 'French League' be restricted just because Steve McClaren cocked England up? The French like overseas players, they help raise their standards and attract fans to stadiums.

I haven't touched on the EU ruling about freedom - I think football does possibly need its own rules to protect its longevity.</description>
