ive always thought a nice kangaroo leather, sans-gimmicks boot would always be preferential to any of the “futuristic” technologically ridiculous ones.

Got these boots about a month ago. Absolutely amazing. Most comfortable boots i have ever had. The first touch on them is not comparable to any other boot on the market, as far as i know. As you guys said they are a little to bit heavy. I have not had any problems with durability yet. I feel that since they are not as flexible it takes alot of pressure off of my metatarsals.

@BiyiAdetunji: Its an odd thing but the softer the leather the more its going to separate from the sole. assuming its not sewn and you have a decent fit (and with the more “rigid” than normal that probably contributed to the separation as well). its perfectly normal, although working in a retail store i cant tell you how hard it is to convince an angry parent that its normal. if it bothers you, you can always glue it again. it is a pain when youre cleaning youre boots to have to clean that part out but no functional problems.

not a bad first boot. it begs the question how good are the next one going to be.
