The innovative differences in the new model is a sleeker mold and a broader lace cover. At the moment goalkeepers use the same football boots as out field players, however we are aware that there is a top brand researching the possibility of developing a football boot specifically for goalkeepers. When the Boot Geeks discussed it with the brand, we agreed with them that a gaolkeepers boot does need to have different technology and attributes.

If you think about how a goalkeeper uses their football boots it is very different to an outfield player, so we have backed the idea.

Regarding gloves, its very important for keepers to consider the surface they are playing on when selecting gloves, also of course,ensuring you get a very good fit.
