And furthermore, a tournament with 24 teams allows to playoffs 1st,2nd and the 4 best 3rd of te 6 groups... 3 points are enough to go ahead. Just an idea to have more matches and to avoid the risk of big teams like England not qualified.. too much 24 teams,too easy to get qualified.
